We have a relationship with a land development firm in West Plains, MO by the name of Stone Hill Developers. When they began talking about For Sale By Owner-ing some various real estate interests they held we were contacted and put to work.

The first step we took was to list the four properties on real estate website LoopNet.com. This has resulted in several conversations taking place but no sale just yet.

Then we created signage for the properties which we felt would be eye-catching and unique for the West Plains market. You can see a sample below:

We then took to our specialty and built them a website, StoneHillDevelopers.com. This site features some fairly eye-catching design, property photos and details, and list pricing information.

By combining our website construction with a marketing outreach program to site location experts nationwide and real estate professionals across the Midwest, we have had several interested parties engage in discussions including a national home improvement chain and a department of the Federal Government.

At the time of this posting, the properties still remain on the market and the project is ongoing. - Gus
