The foundation of The Rocket Group lies strongly on our history in the Republican political arena. One of the driving forces to our founding occurred when we continuously watched candidates, who had begged and groveled for every dollar of campaign contributions, have to send that money to out of state vendors who neither knew them or their area and overcharged them for template direct mail and internet pieces.

We have developed the tools that we needed to be the affordable cost provider of high quality campaign tools for Republicans such as: yard signs, bumperstrips, direct mail pieces, fundraising letters, websites, and all the other items of ‘propaganda’ that get our clients elected.

Our political activism began working on local races at the county level in the early 1980’s…and continues today in races from city hall to Washington, D.C.

Founder Gus Wagner has served four terms as State Chairman of the Missouri Young Republicans and has led many grassroots battles across the Show-Me State to elect and keep elected good Republican candidates. He also serves as the Chief of Staff for State Sen. Dan Clemens and brings an ‘inside the capitol’ perspective to all political projects.
